These materials are based on information provided by client management, are not audited, reviewed, or compiled, and should not be relied upon by external parties, including (without limitation) investors, lenders, regulators, or other third parties, for any purpose.
Kigitz™ does not assume responsibility for tax positions, tax filings, statutory financial statements, regulatory compliance, or financial reporting decisions made by the client or by third-party accounting or tax professionals. Kigitz™ shall not be liable for any reliance placed on internal management materials by external parties.<
At the client’s request, Kigitz™ may facilitate introductions to or coordinate communication with independent tax advisors, CPAs, or accounting firms. Any such professionals are engaged directly by the client, operate independently of Kigitz™, and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Kigitz™ does not supervise, direct, or assume responsibility for the work, advice, or outcomes of any third-party tax or accounting provider.
