Kigitz™ is not a licensed public accounting firm and does not provide public accounting, audit, review, assurance, compilation, tax preparation or tax filing services, or any other services that require licensure as a public accountant.
All reports, dashboards, forecasts and other materials provided by Kigitz™ are prepared solely for internal management use, based on information provided by client management. They are not audited, reviewed or compiled financial statements and should not be relied on by investors, lenders, regulators or any other third party.
Any required tax filings or formal financial statements must be prepared by a licensed public accountant or other qualified tax professional engaged directly by the client. At the client’s request, Kigitz™ may introduce or coordinate with independent tax advisors, public accountants or accounting firms. Those professionals are engaged directly by the client, operate independently of Kigitz™, and are solely responsible for their own work. Kigitz™ does not assume responsibility for tax positions, tax filings, statutory financial statements, regulatory compliance or financial reporting decisions made by the client or any third-party professional.
